Review content:
San Simeon Apartments borders a lake and has a nice area for pets. The apartments are basic - nothing exceptional. Garages are available which is nice. Multiple pools available. Located in a quiet area but near new development and new restaurants, shopping and banking. Good schools nearby as well. Reasonable rent - in keeping with the competition. Readily available.
