Review content:
Going to a luau is one of those things you simply have to do if you are visiting the Hawaiian islands. We opted to go to one when we were on Maui. The Old Lahaina Luau lived up to its reputation as the most authentic luau. The price, $85 per person, included dinner and an open bar. We were greeted with mai tai's as we entered, which were quite yummy. We were able to see the luau pig (kalua) unearthed from the sand, then sat and watched the show. The dancers were awesome, with many training since they were young children. Many people working at the hotel we stayed at agreed that this is the best luau on Maui. We are very glad we went.
