Businiess name:  OSWALT OFFICE FURNITURE
Review by:  Margaret S.
Review content:
One of the businesses I worked for had purchased their office equipment from Oswalt. Shortly after I got settled in, I noticed that one of the many desk drawers was locked, and there was no key in the desk. After hunting around the office and not finding the key to this desk file drawer, it was suggested that I get the lock number off the drawer and call Oswalt. The lady there was very kind and considerate. She took the number, I waited while she looked in her files, and sure enough, she had the key. She said I could pick it up any time. My office sent someone over to get it, and we had the drawer open in no time. We did return the key to Oswalt, and found that the original key was in the locked desk drawer. A mystery for another day. Nice enough company, nice people, very helpful.
