Businiess name:  Four Sisters Restaurante

Review content:
This Vietnamese restaurant owned and operated by four sisters is a winner. Located in the busy Eden Center in Falls Church, Virginia, the restaurant has become a local favorite. I recently enjoyed a feast here with a party of 20 in celebration of my sister receiving a Master's degree. The menu was pre-selected and we ate heartily. Upon being seated, drink orders were placed and an array of delicious appetizers started arriving at our very large table efficiently equipped with a large round rotating lazy susan in the center. Everything is served family style. Our banquet began with platters of shredded vegetables with shrimp, grilled black peppered beef, crispy jumbo shrimp sauteed with penapple & bell peppers, clams in black bean sauce and shrimp & pork garden rolls. Why stop there? What seemed like an endless stream of entrees arrived just as soon as we cleared our plates. We feasted on grilled pork on steamed meat-filled rice crepes, grilled jumbo shrimp on rice vermicelli, caramelized fish in clay pot, beef sauteed with lemongrass and curry chili and ginger chicken. Bowls of white rice, pungent dipping sauces and traditional lime wedges and black pepper condiments accompanied our meal--the waitresses showed us how to use them which was a good thing. This restaurant is usually packed but the service was efficient and accommodating even for our large group which included eight children (ages 3-15). We even had a few doggie bags to take home for our supper the next day. The price of this party was reasonable and included wine, beer, a couple of martinis and soft drinks for the kids. Come early and come hungry. Parking is available in the large lot of the shopping center. A winner!
