Businiess name:  Babbage's Software

Review content:
Babbage's has acquired EB games (Electronic Boutique), and also goes by the name of 'Game Stop'. I was making a purchase of a refurbished x box at Game Stop, they called across the street to Babbage's to hold the only one they had left. It was a very short drive and I was in the store in less than ten minutes, the sales person told me they had sold the system after being told to hold it. In its place I had no other option than to purchase a new one, but the new ones with the games included had been sold out. The system is all I could buy, in addition I bought two other games. Well, 349.65 dollars later I left with a purchase. I was only a couple feet out of the door when a young man approached the salesman and said, "hey you got that machine?" , the sales person replied, "yeah dude, but hurry up before that lady comes back." I walked back into the store and threw a fit. By this time I was no longer thinking of this sales person as a man but a kid with a very bad attitude. When I questioned him his response was, 'whatever lady, if you ain't satisfied call the store headquarters 'cause I am the manager."...That is exactly what I did. I was assured the person was no longer an employee and they were glad I brought it to their attention. It totally soured my experience and I will never do business with a company that does not screen the employees better.
