Review content:
The Hibachi restaurant in Newark is the best sushi place we have been to since we moved to the area. I am really happy to have found a place we really like around here. I was beginning to think it was a lost cause.
The sushi chef is incredibly friendly. He makes you feel very welcomed. The pieces of fish are very big and very high quality. The white fish and fresh salmon are my favorite.
My husband got a TNT roll and a variety of sushi. The roll was huge, it had smoked salmon, tuna, crab, cream cheese, and was lightly fried with a spicy sauce on top. I had the regular sashimi platter. It was way more fish then I could eat. It had white fish, tuna, salmon, mackerel(which I don't like), and yellow tail. It also came with soup and a good sized salad. We also had 2 large glasses of plum wine that were very good.
We will definitely be frequenting this restaurant.
