Review content:
Do not book with Kami (hairstylist). She is a sloppy colorist & poor hairstylist. Her techniques include: parting large sections of hair to color to save her time & makes your roots show faster in some areas over others, applies color cross ways rather than the way the hair grows to also save time--very sloppy technique. She does not know how to layer long hair & cut one side of my hair in front 4" shorter than the other side, I now have to wait for it to grow out. She is not creative nor gives you any ideas of what would like good on you. After 3 appointmts & having to come home & fix my hair so it wouldn't look so frizzy & now go to Strands in Sacramento. They are so much better & the salon looks like a salon & not an autobody shop. HotShots is so tacky. Do not book w/ this operator, you will be dissappointed.
