I am a AAA customer and really like this office. The insurance agents are upstairs, and you can have the receptionist downstairs call ahead or you can go up yourself. They put you in a queue for the next person. I've gotten my homeowner's insurance there too and our agent was really accomodating. We will definitely stay customers. My only issue was when I moved from MD, AAA didn't transfer my tickets until 1 year later, so they decided that I had 1 more year to be accountable for them, after the usual 3 year probation, so they charged me more money for an extra year. Also, my husband bought his insurance in San Francisco and they have issues with officially transferring it to our now local office because they're worried about fraud but it is sometimes inconvenient for us.
