We have been looking for a new patio furniture set. We have searched online and all over town. The one we found was at Sears. That is usually the last place I think of, but I was so impressed with their selection and their customer service tonight, I will go back. The Sears at Friendly Shopping Center has been around for decades. I remember going there as a child when they had a snack bar and my grandmother would buy me an ICEE. Yum! Well, after our great experience tonight, I look forward to going back, even if the snack bar is gone! The employees in the outdoor furniture section were busy when we arrived, and the manager happened to be walking through. He quickly came over to help, and found an employee to ring me up. They both were pleasant and seemed to enjoy their jobs (not always the case in retail). I then had to go over to scan my receipt so that they could bring the merchandise out of the stock room. A stock room employee helped me with that, then brought out my table and chairs, and he even helped us load it up! I am looking forward to relaxing on the patio in my new patio set from Sears!
