I just visited this store today. I had an exchange to make for some items I had bought from this store. While the selection at this store was great, I was very disappointed with the service. I had to stand at the customer service desk for like ten minutes waiting for the manager to come with his key. Another woman was actually complaining very loudly about how it had taken her so long to get a bridal registry print out. While the people working here were very nice and there were plenty of people working too, I didn't understand why everything was done in such a slow manner. Things need to be sped up a bit here!
