Review content:
This doctor is listed as having an office on Terrace Avenue in Cincinnati but may have a different office location. Dr. Donohue was part of a multiple-OB group: For Women Inc. I think she is with another group now.
I went to Dr. Donohue over 10 years ago before I had children. She was excellent with the yearly exam in that she was quick and efficient.
However, I had another health problem that I brought to her attention. Simply put, this health concern was NOT her territory, but she suggested that she could surgically handle it (she didn't have the right name for it, either). That sounds scary to me: most docs should know what IS and IS not their forte....
She didn't do much for my problem and went ahead and charged me $100 for the "procedure." My spouse wasn't too happy about this, either. She said for me to come back in two weeks (for what, I don't know!) Thanks but NO thanks! I think she was trying to make extra money.
Needless to say, I never returned to her for my OB GYN needs. I have a friend who went to her and had a miscarriage. The friend said that she tried to get this doc to help her, but Dr. Donohoue seemed unsympathetic and "closed the door in my face" or something to that effect. My friend's spouse wasn't pleased with this doctor after that exchange.
I never used this doctor when I was pregnant, so I cannot say anything about how great/not-so-great her manner is concerning childbirth.
