Sushi Don Sasabune is an express version of the popular Los Angeles sushi restaurant Sasabune. This Japanese restaurant specializes in sushi, sashimi, and traditional Japanese food in Studio City. Unlike the original Sasabune, Sushi Don Sasabune does not have a sushi bar but retains the Sasabune reputation for serving the freshest sushi in town on warm rice. This sushi "to-go" affair specializes in mini plates made popular at the original Sasabune for the "eat-on-the-run", business lunch, office lunch crowd...just walk up to the counter and get a quick fix of dishes made popular at Sasabune. Slim menu, gracious service and choices of basic sushi, sashimi, donburi, and sushi rolls including California Rolls, Spicy Tuna Rolls, and Blue Crab Rolls. A++++, Great Fresh Sushi!
