Went to this little shop for a baby shower today--FANTASTIC idea (both for a store and for a shower)! You go in and you can buy either premade bath and body products (from an overwhelming, MINDBLOWING selection) OR you can have fun designing your own scent (or scents) and assigning them into bath and body products of your own choice. You can mix and match from over 100 separate scents, or you can take the minimalist route and choose just one. I couldn't resist and spent over an hour playing "mad scientist" and mixing it up.
Garrett, one of the owners, is the fragrance expert extraordinaire. Anything we put in front him, no matter what the combination, he could name everything in it. If you weren't sure if it smelled "just right", he could suggest things to add, subtract or substitute until you went, "YES! That's perfect!" Their customer service, even when they started to get swamped in the early afternoon, was excellent and they constantly assisted us with the process, as well as bringing us coffee or tea as we needed.
This would make a fantastic Mother's Day gift (I know, I know, a little bit late...). And free parking! Gotta love it!
