This is the third management group that is running this restaurant since its inception. The first group wasn't bad but their tenure was cut short by the tragic death of the owner's son who was also the on-site manager. The second group left a lot to be desired but these new folks have done it up right. The new owner is a professional Indian chef who is a perfectionist. Tonight I had a coconut flavored curry that was superb(not too overpowering coconut and spiciness the next grade under Vindaloo). My wife and mother-in-law, who are Sri Lankan, were equally impressed with their dishes. Staffing also seems adequate to attend to the diner's needs in a timely fashion.
As long as management remains the same, I heartily recommend this restaurant as one of Orlando's best Indian restaurants. Try it. You won't be disappointed.
