If you use your bonus dollars which you receive after spending a designated amount, your purchase using the bonus dollars can not be returned for cash or credit to your own charge account. I spent about $150 around Easter and received $30 in bonus money to be used in the next week. Seems like a great idea! Yeah right! I purchased another $120 and the salesperson asked me to use my Bonus dollars, so I agreed. They should have told me that if I decide to return any clothes, Kohl's only gives you store credit for the entire amoiunt you originally paid with cash. I now have $120 in store credit. This is comonly referred to as a scam to keep you buying in the store. I will never shop in this store again. Now I know why Nordstorm has continually been successful-excellent customer service and quality merchandise.
