We bought our van (Saturn Relay) here and it was a great experience from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with was low pressure and friendly, and they took excellent care of us - even taking care of our three small children and amusing them with toys and snacks while my husband and I were filling out all the financing paperwork.
Speaking of financing - I know you're "never" supposed to go through the dealer for that, but we got an awesome deal - 0% financing for the life of the loan. You can't beat that!
