So the title may not sound appetizing to you, but the last time I had chopped liver was from a place in Philly. I've finally found it again at this place and I just love it! Trust me -- get the pastrami, corned beef and chopped liver sandwich on toasted rye. In general, the sandwiches are good, as well as the Matzo Ball soup. I thought the potato pancakes leave something to be desired. It's probably not the best Jewish Deli, but it's pretty good and for the D.C. area that may be saying a lot.
