Review content:
It's tough to rate a doctor for a procedure that's one-and-done, because you really have no basis. It's not like rating a restaurant. So, your basis is really after the fact: how did it go?
All things considered, it went pretty well. Dr. Weissman is a man's doctor, and does a great job of making you feel well about a procedure that's intimidating, to say the least. (In case you haven't figured it out, I'm talking bilateral vasectomy).
I was referred to Dr. Weissman by my own doctor. Dr. Weissman is a urologist, but his clinic is well known for their no-scalpel procedure. They've completed over 8000 procedures in 15 years. They know how to do this.
The key to it all is the recovery, and knowing how important it is to take care of yourself so you don't encounter complications later. I'm following the doctor's instructions, and things are progressing the way they should.
I have to say, the thought of doing this made me quesy, but Dr. Weissman really helped me out. My own doctor said he'll go there when he has the same procedure, and I'd recommend Dr. Weissman to anyone who asked. Not that guys like to ask that sort of thing, you know.
