My experiences with this clinic continue to get worse. They don't seem to have any idea of what is going on in that clinic. I have had three or four people behind the desk at the same time, all give me different answers to the same question. I have been quoted one price prior to services and been billed considerably more than that upon completion. I have requested that certain services not be performed and they have done them anyway and billed me for them. I have verified with the manufacturer of a certain medication, that they improperly applied it, yet they argue with me about it to the point of telling me to take my business elsewhere, rather than resolve the issue fairly. My dog was over-medicated, while being boarded there, to the point of becoming violently ill. Important information about my cat was withheld from me prior to his ultimate death as a result of this. I was told that they had a bad reputation of over-billing and performing unnecessary services, and now I am a believer from personal experience.
