They couldn't even figure out how to install ram on my computer. I then had the delightful experience of being told that Microsoft Windows software would work on my Mac. Even incompetent technicians would know that MS Windows software doesn't work on Mac! How they stay in business is clear to me. They lie lie lie to everybody who comes in the door and hope you don't notice when your computer doesn't work any better than before. These other reviews are fake too. I found them on other sites. They are just copied and pasted.
