I have only been to this particular Ride Aid Pharmacy on a couple occasions and neirth one of which was pleasant. The selection they had was very nice and affordable. BUT, their customer service was terrible. I needed an item from a top shelf and asked for assistance, the guy said he would go get help. Well, 15 minutes later still no help and I found the same guy and he said he had forgotten and he would do it then. Well, another 5 minutes went past and still nothing, so I went up to the cashier and asked for a manager and told her why and she said the manager was too busy! Needless to say, I walked out, leaving my items on the counter and we haven't been back since!
