Review content:
Located at Cape Horn in the Weis shopping center is the restaurant with GREAT General Tsao's Chicken. I recommend carryout for lunch...a great deal with lots of food! Sit-down facilities are provided, but counter ordering means no waitress...server does bring meal out when it's ready! Dining room experience is less than great...but food is worth visiting. Stick to carry-out!
