Wicker Park favorite Cafe Deluca opened its Forest Park location nearly 18 months ago and while the atmosphere is wonderful, the service and often the food leave a bit to be desired. While I have thoroughly enjoyed every entree I have ordered, whether it be breakfast, lunch, dinner or dessert, I have never been there without some portion of my order being incorrect. The service is often painfully slow as well - and during off-peak hours when diners are not vying for attention. If you are okay with unanticipated substitutions and a leisurely meal, then Cafe Deluca might be for you.
