At SunBridge Care and Rehabilitation for Gardendale, you will find a very dedicated staff. The deliver individual service to every person in their care. They have skilled nurses and provide rehabilitation therapy to adults needing short- or long-term care. The services here include:
postacute care.
Alzheimer’s care.
Huntington’s care.
IV therapy.
respiratory services.
wound care.
physical, occupational and speech therapy.
specialized rehabilitation for amputation, arthritis, orthopedic care, spinal cord injury and stroke.
hospice care.
This is a great facility!
