Well, I'd rate us as Perfect, but I believe there's always room to grow - we're always striving to expand the items we offer and be even more helpful and friendly. Metropolis is a full-line comic shop - that means we not only have your basic Superman and Spider-Man comics, we also carry stuff like V for Vendetta (did you know that was a comic first?), Strangers In Paradise, Scott Pilgrim, Ghost World and Road to Perdition - which also started life as comics. We carry some manga - you can get practically anything by just asking, we can get it within a couple of days if it isn't already in the store. We have a great selection of back issues, and best of all, we know our stuff and are more than happy to share what we know with you. Come and visit us soon - we're open from noon til 8pm Monday thru Saturday, noon til 5 on Sundays! I just want to thank all of you Bellflower and Downey area customers for helping our store grow. We've been in Bellflower for close to two years now, and we love the vibe on the Boulevard - in the summer time, the city shows movies for free on the wall at the Town Plaza park just across the street from us (behind Earle's and the Egyptian Cafe), and every Thursday starting the week after the 4th of July, they have a big Street Faire with food and bands, and it's a lot of fun for the whole family!
