Good: Service is awesome, the owner is personable and my husband and I are able to call him up and find out what new movies he has and what he recommends for a family movie night! We live right down the street from the store, I would rather give our $ to a family owned store that's knows us by first name basis, rather than to one that has to look us up on a computer by phone#!!. Bad: NOTHING. Improvements: None.
