Good: i loved the customer service. if you ever have any problems the counter worker can usually help you in any situation.. Bad: they do accept competitor coupons on thursdays however they limit they number of items you can apply coupons for. they follow their very strict rules on coupons.. Improvements: they dont tell you how much your order will cost untill you pick up due to their computer system, so i always get the cleaning bill shock, however the quality is worth the money.. Other: i have visited many drycleaners throughout the area and when i travel i always look for a starcrest just to be pleasently surprised that they all have the same great services..
