I just recently got my car (also known as my baby - 2007 Audi) back and I am beyond impressed.
The service was top notch. From the kind greeting when I first came in for the estimate to the updates to when I picked it up. They even sent me pictures so I could see how it was going, talk about customer service!! They even washed my car before I picked her up. =) I told them about my tough time crunch and they worked with me to pick up my car a bit after hours. The car looks like it has never been hurt.
I can't say enough great things about this shop. Friendly, professional, flexible, understanding and all around awesome shop! Hopefully I never have to need them again but if I do, I know right where to go. I also know where I will send my family, friends and co-workers!
