Good: My recruiter got me scheduled to interview with 4 companies within two days of meeting with her, which was 4 more interviews than I'd gotten on my own in over a month of looking. She made it clear that she didn't get paid unless I did, which you can view as a + or -, but she was working for both sides of the interview table. I only interviewed w/ companies I was interested in & got a great job, so I would recommend West Coast Careers if you need help landing a job in sales.. Bad: You have to fill out an application, which is a pain. Also, the office is in Lynnwood - kind of a hike, but not too bad, it's a nice building with free parking.. Improvements: Online application.. Other: If you're looking for a sales job in Seattle, call Elizabeth Hatfield. I was referred to her by a friend and will continue to refer her to anyone I know looking for a job..
