Businiess name:  I Do I Do Wedding Gowns

Review content:
I had a terrible experience at I Do I Do. The bridal party, for my daughter's wedding, spent over $2500 on dresses at I Do-I Do. My other daughter's standard size 14J Jr Bridesmaid dress was grossly miss-cut by the manufacturer. To re-order the dress (which is manufactured in China) meant that it would not arrive until 5 days before the wedding, which I felt was too risky - so close to the wedding. It took 10 days of repeated calling to get a return call from the owner, Jacquelin. Although I was not planning on making any alterations, she took the position that fixing the dress became my responsibility and in spite of my protests, would only offer me $25 towards the $75 in necessary alterations for a dress that was cut wrong in the first place. Her seamstress could not complete the alterations until 3 days before the wedding, so I took the dress to another seamstress who understood my plight and made it her priority. I contacted the manufacturer who was understanding and offered to reimburse me for the alterations through I Do-I Do but Jacquelin REFUSED to pass it on to me! Therefore, I had to eat the total cost of the alterations for a dress that was not even made correctly! I had to endure a very unpleasant stressful experience for a full month before the wedding. Considering what the bridal party spent and how I was treated at I Do - I Do, Would I recommend them? I Don't - I Don't!
