Review content:
Klaff's sent incomplete garden lights that had been ordered and then refused to offer a refund but gave us a store credit. Forced to deal with them again, we selected new lights that came with such uneven finishes that they had to be specially grouped not to look odd on our lawn and in packages that had already been opened and returned. They made no apologies to us for our inconvenience, wages paid to our electrian for his time, or shoddy service.
