Bad: Chad lost one of our dogs and she has not been found to this date. Part of Chad's service includes taking the dog overnight at his property in Jamul. After Chad informed us that our dog was missing we drove to his property to help look and were disgusted with the conditions of his property and could see how and why the dog may have escaped. There were an alarming number of holes in Chad's story as to how our dog may have escaped. The bottom line is that we DO NOT recommend anyone use his service.. Other: Chad's efforts to help recover our dog were pathetic. It is as if he expected that we would simply forget about our dog and move on. Upon driving around Jamul in attempts to find our dog we found from several of Chad's neighbors that he frequently has issues with animal control and has a well known history of losing dogs. Our entire family is extremely dissapointed and heartbroken by Chad's lack of responsibility and the loss of our dog..
