Review content:
Took my computer to PCS-WIN the other day. Told them I thought it was the hard drive. They did some tests and "diagnostics" and determined it wasn't' the hard drive. Proceeded to reformat my hard drive and sent me home $75 bucks lighter with a computer that still wasn't working right. I worked with it for a few days trying to figure out what could possibly be wrong and finally the hard drive totally went. I took it back to them telling them I knew it was the hard drive and wanted to know for sure if that was it and how much it would cost to fix it. Two hours later they call me and tell me they ran a different "diagnostic" and I was right it was the hard drive. I told them not to do anything that I would be in later to pick it up. When I went in, they tried to charge me another 40 bucks for the diagnostic. I couldn't' believe it! I will never, EVER, take a computer to them again. I will be going to Whitestone in Union City.
