This store sells dogs they got from a puppy mill , I bought a golden retriever there several years back , wouldn't even consider buying from a pet store but this dog had been there for so many mos. When they first came in there were 4 , I was told 2 were from a liter and the other 2 from seperate liter.I used to shop there for cat supplies and I was drawn to the puppy that was left behind months after the 3 others were adopted. He just kept growing and was in a glass enclosure having a hard time moving around freely. Goldens are my favorite of the breed,went home talked to my husband decided to buy the dog,the owner of the store had the dog priced at 700.00 I could buy 2 or 3 pups for that price but I wanted this lil fella,we offered 500.00 the owner refused so my husband & I threatened to stand outside letting everyone know how long this dog had been caged in this store,she settled on the 500.00. Naturally being full breed golden he came with papers,we researched and sure enough of puppy was from a puppy mill in Nebraska :(
