On Friday, September 5th, Mr. Adam Glovan of Mr. Rooter Plumbing came to our lake house to help with backed up toilets throughout the house - a mess! He came late in the afternoon which was really appreciated and got the problem corrected so that we could use the toilets. I really appreciate his professional attitude, his attention to the matter, his willingness to come late in the day, and his fixing the problem so that three elderly people did not have to vacate the house. You have a great employee deserving of a raise and promotion.
