Review content:
Garside's offers homemade, delicious ice cream and ice cream treats. It's a very popular spot, but the employees are quick, so the lines are not typically long. You place your order at the window, then the staff quickly retrieves it and gives it to you immediately (they don't have a number system). You can either eat your ice cream on the premises at one of their outside picnic tables, or take it home. We often just eat it in our car. There is plenty of parking, and it's easy to find, just look for it on the left as you drive from Saco to Camp Ellis along Ferry Rd. I have many fond memories of coming here with our family, and I highly recommend it for you & your family also. My favorite is the chocolate chip cookie sandwich. It's two cookies with vanilla ice cream in the middle, then rolled in chocolate chips.
