Courteous, prompt and reasonably priced. These guys were such a pleasure to work with after the nightmare experience I had with Power Rooter - that "plumber" broke my kitchen water turnoff and had the audacity to say that it would cost ME $250 to get it fixed. I pointed out that he broke the turnoff (and did not even identify the cause of the problem) and he said that it didn't matter, I would still have to pay for it. Oh, and he couldn't even identify the main turnoff which was right next to the water heater where it usually is. I have serious doubts about whether he is qualified. Needless to say, I didn't use his services and called Precision instead. Their guy showed 10 mins before the appointed time, fixed the problem in 15 mins (and no it wasn't related to the broken turnoff at all), and showed me what to do in case it happens again in future. If that had been all, it would just cost me $59 for the callout charge, but I had to pay another $200 to fix the turnoff that the Power Rooter guy broke.
