Long lines at ticket counter. Makes no difference when you go. If you go on a weekday they do not have enough staff so you still end waiting in line for either tickets or popcorn. Previews length is extreme 28-30 minutes. The floors re sticky and seats are filthy. Prices for popcorn & coke are also very high. wo popcorns and one coke cost more than the admission price. I guess they have to make their money somewhere. Every now and then you get an employee that cares about you, unfortunally this is the exception. Recently I went to a movie on a Tuesday. There was one person trying to sell tickets however she was on the phone for 25+ minuted and several people including myself went looking for a manager to fix whatever was wrong. I missed my movie start time and really don't know how many othres did too. There were a lot of people really upset that night. My wife and I are avid movie fans, we go at least once every week. And have been to movies all over the country. This therter is the worst, even though it has the latest digital projectors and the latest sound systems. It's good that it's dark in thers. You don't have to see the filth. Bring hand sanitizer!!!
