Review content:
Hugs & Kisses offers all kinds of party supplies, costumes, and decorations. We have used them to do some theme parties for the church youth group. You can either purchase your supplies from them, or rent a theme. If you rent, they will decorate the room for you with their supplies.
They are friendly and helpful. There have been times where we have needed that last finishing touch, and they have been able to recommend something for us or order supplies that we have needed. It usually takes about 2 days for them to get any custom orders.
