Review content:
My computer was having problems doing certain tasks, especially opening .pdf files. I thought the computer needed to have Windows XP reinstalled. I called around and was quoted $60 to have that done at various places, as well as Computer Express. They were the closest to my home, and said they could have the computer back to me the next day. Since I use this computer for work and school, I needed it returned asap. I took the computer there, and told the clerk that I wanted to have the Windows XP reinstalled. Well, I called the next morning to be sure it would be ready, and they told me that the tech was still working on it, but he was out of the office. I was told to call back. I called back later on in the day, and spoke to the tech. He said that he was working on getting it to work. I explained to him that I just wanted the Windows XP reinstalled. He said that he was not told that, and he was trying to fix the problem. I ended up having to wait 2 hours at the shop to get the computer back the same day, and it ended up costing me double what I was quoted!
