Businiess name:  Kmart Stores
Review by:  G L.
Review content:
I hadn't shopped at a Kmart for years when I stopped into this one near the Moorestown Mall today. What a nightmare! This store is simply awful. It's like a time machine- taking you right back to the seventies or eighties- when this store was probably last renovated. The shelves are dirty. I came in to buy shampoo. The bottles were covered with some weird brown dirt on their bottom panels. The dish soap I bought was dusty. The production code on the back of it was not visible; it had faded away. The aisles are cluttered. The electronics department had CDs lying all over the floors. The clothes were overpriced for what you get. The whole store was depressing. Worst of all, Kmart hires only a handful of cashiers. Unlike Wal-Mart, the customer service woman refused to check me out even though she had no customers while the other cashiers were overwhelmed. (My cashier realized she needed change right when ringing me up.) All the lines are crazy because most cashiers are inefficient. Parking isn't a problem. But the prices aren't that great. I shop at Wegmans and Kmart prices are higher than Wegmans prices for many household/grocery items.
