Having contacted Seawinds Realty for advice on short sales we were so impressed by their knowledge and the information they provided we decided to use their services. They explained the short sale procedure and guided us through the whole process. We were a bit dubious at first as we thought communicating from the UK to the US would not be easy, but all our questions were answered clearly and quickly by email which also saved us a fortune on overseas telephone calls.
Seawinds helped us sell 2 condos in Florida which had previously been up for sale with no sign of a buyer. We can honeslty say we could not have done it without them. We would thoroughly recommend Seawinds Realty not only for their expertise and professionalism but also for being patient and understanding over the many questions and concerns we had thoughout the process. Well done to Seawinds and colleagues.
