Review content:
I brought my mother here for dinner. The place was almost empty, we were given a booth and ordered. Our drinks came and we waited, and waited.
Two young men came in and sat at the booth behind my mother. They were joined by another young man who was already there and proceeded to have a discussion that was more swearing than anything else.
When the server finally brought our food I asked if we could sit somewhere else. When they heard me the men left.
My food was cold-the server apologized and offered me another meal but my mom was upset so I declined and she removed it from our bill.
She left and returned with 2 business cards from the manager with one meal free scribbled on each of them-from what I heard the manager was too busy watching "the game" to apologize in person.
Our server was excellent-I can't blame her for the kitchen. My mother liked her salad but for a near empty restaurant it took too long for our food and it appeared the manager didn't care at all.
There are a lot of chain restaurants out there-Wlfd has it's share and this one does not measure up.
