Found her by driving by & saw her sign. My lucky day.
Had permanent make up done badly years before & was afraid to have it corrected due to the pain,it looked awful.
Rozan took very good professional clean care of me. NO pain & fantastic beautiful results. Now when I wake up I look ready to go take on the day with very natural make up & not like I'm going trick or treating.
