Businiess name:  Chili's Grill & Bar

...for Lettuce Wraps from Chili's Grill & Bar. I've had these before and they are a tasty and lighter alternative to fajitas. They have Bibb lettuce that is essentially the substitute for the tortilla. So you take the Bibb lettuce and fill it up with shredded carrots, Asian spiced chicken, water chestnuts, toasted almonds, and rice noodles. They also have a peanut sauce and a sesame sauce for dipping. Roll it up and enjoy. My DH had the beef fajitas. I did sneak a taste of the flavored beef for the fajitas and that was delicious as well. Our waitress was pleasant and the service was excellent. This restaurant is located on a parcel of land in the same area as the Coral Ridge Mall off of Interstate 80 at exit 240. Next time you're near the Coral Ridge Mall, consider stopping for a bite to eat at Chilis. I think that you'll enjoy it!
