I've always had really good luck when shopping at this particular Kay-Bee toy store. I've always made a point to go in the morning right when the store opens. The store is clean, restocked and ready for me to shop in!
My nephew collects Hot Wheel cars and is always looking for the popular/limited editions. I've been lucky to find some of the ones on his list. I've even had one of the employees to help me out by going in the back stockroom and opening up a back stock box and looking for the particular model I was after. I was completely wow'ed by that--as I know they really aren't supposed to do that. I do believe they have wonderful customer service. All the employees seem to really like their jobs, and you can sense that when you walk into the store.
