Don't get me wrong, I enjoy eating at Fuddruckers--their food is really good, but I do stay away from this place on the weekends during their "peak" hours. When I was there (the one and only time) during the Saturday lunch rush, I couldn't believe how many people there were inside the restaurant. We waited longer than normal to place our order. Then, when we went up to the condiment bar to load up our burgers, it was so messy! The employees hadn't really gotten the chance to go and tidy up or to refill some of the items. Kids were everywhere helping themselves making hot dogs and burgers, and in the process, making a HUGE mess.
I can remember leaving telling myself that I wouldn't go again during the weekend. The food was good, but it was just a little big chaotic for my tastes.
