Jacque at The Arrowhead J.C. Penney Day Salon does not receive my personal recommendation. After explaining how I wanted my hair and what my previous hair dresser did, she announced, well I am not going to do that. and DIDN"T. When my hair was finished, and I asked her ok, now what about the gray that I came in to be covered she said that would required and additional service and I could come back tomorrow and it would be more money over the 200 that I was paying her now. This was the second time she had done my hair and the second time it happened. The first time I thought ok, maybe we miscommunicated, but on the second time I knew we hadn't because she told me she didn't like clients telling her how to do her job. Well with that I won't be back and I am sure in the future others who aren't pleased with her service or attitude won't either.
