CVHS has a large selection of pets. The neat thing is you can also view alot of their pets available for adoption on the internet on petfinder.com The animals are clean, the facilities are clean also. No smells or odors. Staff are very friendly, not pushy at all. They allow you to go in and look at the pets. Just remember to sanitize your hands (they provide the sanitizer) in between petting/handling each pet. Somethings that would improve their facility: Better descriptions on tempermant of the animals on the website and on the name cards on the cages. Also, you have to be 18+ to handle the pets, which is good for CVHS, but not so good for someone wanting to see if the pet will do good with their kids prior to adoption. Though the adult can hold the pet and the children can pet it, the children can't hold the pets.
