There are hundreds of day spas in the Phoenix area - why go to one that if you get a bad service or have a problem won't even acknowledge you!?!? Don't chance it - go somewhere else!!
My husband and I went to this spa and each received several treatments (and spent nearly $700 in one afternoon!). One of the treatments I received was a solar bronzing session. During the session I asked many detailed questions about maintaining and prolonging my tan (I have done this several times before at other spas). I was told only not to shower for 1 hour. I rinsed off using no soap 7 hours after my session and the tan DISSAPEARED! I called immediately the next morning and was told that someone would call me back to discuss my failed service. No one called me back so I called two other times! On my last attempt to speak to someone about this matter, I was told the manager, Kelly, was busy and could I email her?!?! So, as a last resort, I emailed the spa and still received NO RESPONSE!
I find this customer service atrocious! The fact that not one person at this entire spa can simply return a phone call or address my concern IS RIDICILOUS!!! My recommendation - go somewhere else!
